William Dukeshire was born circa 1790 at Annapolis County, Nova Scotia.1 He was baptized on 15 August 1792 at Annapolis Methodist Circuit, Granville, Annapolis Co, Nova Scotia, at age one. There is also a record of his baptism in the transcript of the record of St Lukes Anglican Church, Annapolis.2,3 He married Mary Watt circa 1813 at New Brunswick, Canada ?.      William Dukeshire was a mason.
