From the will it appears that Burpee may have been first married to a Parker and that Melbourne and Edith may have been offspring of that marriage.      Lettie Moraine was the daughter of Edward Moraine and Eudocia Rice.² Lettie Moraine died; in infancy.¹

     Libby Moraine was the daughter of Edward Moraine and Eudocia Rice.² Libby Moraine died; in infancy.¹

     Scott Moraine was the son of William B. Moraine and Lillian Hardacher.¹ Scott Moraine married Marjorie Fleet.¹

     William B. Moraine was born on 14 September 1887 at Nova Scotia.³ He was the son of Edward Moraine and Eudocia Rice.² William B. Moraine married Lillian Hardacher.⁴

     Lemuel Morehouse was born in 1802.² He was the son of James Morehouse. Lemuel Morehouse and Jane E McDormand married 2nd, daughter of James McDormand and Anna Rice.² Lemuel Morehouse died on 19 September 1885.²
     Brian McDormand notes that Lemuel was the mail carrier between Digby and Westport. They lived at Sandy Cove (Digby Co, NS).

     Sarah Morehouse was born on 25 December 1805.¹ She married Sydney Smith McDermand, son of James McDormand and Anna Rice, at Centreville, Digby Co, NS, There is a disagreement about who Sarah was. Brian McDormand has her as Sarah Titus who first married a Morehouse. I have followed Ross McCurdy's lineage for Sarah.¹ Sarah Morehouse died on 31 August 1878 at Port Burwell, Elgin Co, ON.¹ She was buried after 31 August 1878 at Estherville Cemetery, Bayham Township, Elgin Co, ON.¹
     She and Sydney Smith McDermand resided circa 1828 at north 1/2 of lot 34, Concession 1, Port Burwell, Elgin Co, ON.¹ Sarah Morehouse and Sydney Smith McDermand joined the Baptist Church where he served as clerk and deacon in 1836 at Port Burwell, Elgin Co, ON.¹

     Ainsley Morgan was born on 21 October 1835 at Bear River, NS.^2,1,3 He was the son of Henry Harris Morgan and Jane Rice.¹ Ainsley Morgan married Eliza Jane Berry.⁴ Ainsley Morgan died on 2 February 1893; (apparently in error as his second marriage, later in 1893, is recorded in the Nova Scotia vital records).⁵ He married Catherine Anthony on 21 October 1893 at Lower Granville, Annapolis Co, NS.³
     Ainsley Morgan and Eliza Jane Berry appeared on the census of 1881 at Hillsburgh District, Digby Co, NS; Ansely Morgan, male, married, age 44, born Nova Scotia, Occ: Lumberman; Eliza Morgan, female, married, age 46, born Nova Scotia; Anna B Morgan, female, age 21, born Nova Scotia; Ezra Morgan, male, age 20, born Nova Scotia, Occ: Lumberman; Mertell Morgan, female, age 18, born Nova Scotia; George Morgan, male, age 16, born Nova Scotia; Frank Morgan, male, age 12, born Nova Scotia; Laliah Morgan, female, age 10, born Nova Scotia; Everit Morgan, male, age 4, born Nova Scotia.⁶ Ainsley Morgan was a farmer and lumberman on 21 April 1891.² He and Eliza Jane Berry resided on 21 April 1891 at Hillsburgh District, Digby Co, NS.²

     Alberta Morgan was born circa 1878 at Nova Scotia.¹ She is the daughter of Wallace Morgan and Sarah E Hulseman.¹

     Amy Morgan was born on 31 July 1896 at Nova Scotia.² She was the daughter of George D. Morgan and Florence Barss.¹ Amy Morgan died; single, of T.B.¹

     Annabelle Morgan was born on 22 January 1859 at Nova Scotia.^2,3 She was the daughter of Ainsley Morgan and Eliza Jane Berry.² Annabelle Morgan married Jesse Gray Porter on 14 November 1883.⁴
     Annabelle Morgan appeared on the census of 1881 at Hillsburgh District, Digby Co, NS; with her parents.⁵ She and Jesse Gray Porter resided between 1891 and 1901 at Hillsburgh District, Digby Co, NS.^6,3
